Phaedra Parks CT Tamburello: the real chart read
Phaedra Parks CT Tamburello is the search everybody is running this week, and here is the short version. They met filming The Traitors season two in Scotland in autumn 2023, on opposite sides of the game. She confirmed on 4 September 2026 that the relationship is not platonic. She is a Scorpio sun with a Scorpio moon, born within about a day of a new moon. He is a Cancer sun with a Virgo moon. Two armoured water animals, which is more of an explanation than it sounds.
I have watched both of these people for twenty years and I did not have this on any card.
I have been with Phaedra since her first episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta, through the due date storyline, the talls and smalls with Kandi, the donkey booty era, all of it. She is somebody I have side-eyed continuously for over a decade and she still claws her way back onto my screen every single time, and I still watch, because she is one of the most watchable people who has ever been on television.
And CT. The Real World Paris disaster, the Diem years, the Challenge dominance, the marriage that did not hold. A man whose entire brand for two decades was that he might go off at any moment.
Two people who at various points have been genuinely hard to defend. Together. It feels fake and real at the same time, which is the most Traitors possible outcome.
So I did what I do. I pulled both charts.
The Phaedra Parks CT Tamburello timeline, with dates
Here is the documented version, because half the internet is already running on vibes.
- September 2023. Filming on The Traitors season two begins at Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands. Phaedra is recruited as a Traitor. CT plays the whole game as a Faithful. They are on opposite sides from episode one.
- 12 January to 7 March 2024. The season airs. Phaedra is banished in episode ten. CT wins the season alongside Trishelle Cannatella.
- The two years since. A steady public trail. The Castle Daddy of it all, the appearances, the rapport that became one of the most quoted things about that season.
- 4 September 2026. On Jeff Lewis Live, Phaedra is asked whether her upcoming Emmys date with CT is platonic. She says, “It’s not.”
One more piece of the record, because leaving it out would be dishonest. CT married Catalina White in October 2024. She filed for divorce in April 2026, and as of August 2026 that filing had not been finalised. I am not going to editorialise on that. I am putting the dates on the page because a timeline with a hole in it is not a timeline.
The honest limits on both charts
Any Phaedra Parks CT Tamburello chart read you see this week, including this one, is working with incomplete data, and most of them will not tell you that.
Neither of these people has a published birth time. That matters and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
No birth time means no rising sign and no houses, which are the two things that tell you how a person meets a room and where in life a placement actually shows up. It also means the moon is a range rather than a point, because the moon moves about thirteen degrees a day.
What survives without a birth time is everything I am about to use: the sun, the sign the moon is in when it does not change signs that day, every other planet, and the aspects between them. All of that is solid.
- Phaedra Parks. Born 26 October 1973 in Athens, Georgia. Her moon runs from about 3 to 15 degrees of Scorpio across that whole day, so it is Scorpio no matter what time she was born.
- CT Tamburello. Born 16 July 1980 in Boston, Massachusetts. His moon runs from about 9 to 21 degrees of Virgo across the day, so it is Virgo no matter what time he was born.
If either of them ever puts a birth time out, I will redo this and say what changed. Until then, this is a read on what is knowable, and I will flag the places where a birth time would move the answer.
Phaedra: a new moon in Scorpio
Sun at 3 degrees Scorpio. Moon in Scorpio. Mercury at 25 Scorpio. Three of the four fastest moving things in her chart are in the same sign, and it is the one everybody is scared of.
But the detail that made me sit up is that she was born within about a day of an exact new moon. The moon caught the sun in Scorpio in the small hours before her birthday, which means her sun and her moon are in the same phase of the same sign. What she is and what she needs are not in negotiation with each other. They point the same direction.
That is rarer than it sounds and it explains something specific about her. Most people have a sun that wants one thing and a moon that needs another, and the wobble between the two is where self doubt lives. She does not have the wobble. Whatever she decides, all of her is behind it, immediately, with no committee meeting.
Scorpio, in my framework, is the stretch of late autumn where everything decorative comes off the trees and you can finally see the actual shape of the thing. It is not evil. It is the phase of the year that will not participate in a pretty version of events. It goes for what is underneath, it holds information, and it does not flinch at a hard fact.
The Mars opposition, and the Jupiter square
Now the two aspects that make her chart interesting rather than just intense.
Mars at 1 degree Taurus, retrograde, two degrees off an exact opposition to her Sun. Mars is the drive, the fight, the appetite. Retrograde means it was moving backwards from our view at the moment she was born. Sitting in Taurus and opposite a Scorpio sun, it puts her drive on the axis of holding versus merging, what is mine versus what is ours, and it runs it inward rather than outward.
A person with this does not come at you. They wait. The fight is real and it is genuinely powerful, and it almost never arrives as a raised voice. It arrives as a decision that was made three weeks ago that you are only now finding out about.
Sun square Jupiter, half a degree from exact. Jupiter makes things bigger. Squared to the sun, it makes the person bigger, and it does not come with a sense of proportion. Everything about how she presents is more. More credentials, more titles, more voice, more character. Attorney, licensed funeral director, reality star, reiki practitioner, southern belle voice deployed like a weapon. That is not an accident of personality, it is what a tight sun-Jupiter square looks like in a life.
It is also the aspect that gets people in trouble, because Jupiter has no brakes. The excess is the same equipment as the charisma.
CT: a Cancer sun, which nobody expects
This is the one that stopped me.
Sun at 24 degrees Cancer. Moon in Virgo. Mercury at 16 Cancer, retrograde.
The man whose entire television identity is physical threat, the guy people have described as a walking incident for twenty years, is a Cancer sun with a Virgo moon. Water and earth. The most defensive sign in the zodiac and the most self-critical one.
And it fits so completely once you look at it properly. I wrote a whole piece recently on what the zodiac symbols are actually diagrams of, and the Cancer symbol is the crab. Hard shell, soft inside, moves sideways rather than straight at anything, and famously retreats rather than advances. Cancer opens at the summer solstice, the exact moment the sun stops climbing and turns back.
That is a person built entirely around protecting something soft. And the thing about a defensive animal is that when it is cornered, what comes out looks exactly like aggression. It is not the same thing, and it does the same damage.
Mercury retrograde in Cancer is the second piece. His thinking runs backward and inward, through feeling, and it does not come out clean. Anybody who has watched him try to explain himself in a confessional has watched Mercury retrograde in Cancer in real time. The thought is complete. The sentence is not.
Saturn at 22 Virgo, sextile his Sun and square his Neptune. This is the competition chart. Saturn is discipline, repetition and enduring, and the friendly angle to his sun is why the physical grind is genuinely easy for him in a way it is not for other people. The square to Neptune is the other half: discipline pulling against a permanent fog of avoidance and escape. He wins the physical thing and then has to live in his life, and the second one is the harder game. Five Challenge wins and a Traitors win says the first half is working.
Moon in Virgo is the part I would want a birth time for. Depending on the hour, it may sit right on his Jupiter at 9 Virgo, which would be a genuinely warm and generous emotional signature. Either way, a Virgo moon processes feelings by finding the flaw, usually its own, and that is a rough way to be built for somebody who is also carrying a Cancer sun’s memory.
Two armoured animals, which is the whole story
Put the Phaedra Parks CT Tamburello charts side by side and the picture gets almost too neat.
The scorpion and the crab. Two of the three water signs, and the only two symbols in the entire zodiac that come with an exoskeleton. Both of them keep the soft part on the inside as a design principle. Neither one has ever once let a room see it on purpose.
They armour differently, which is the interesting part. Cancer’s shell is passive. It closes and waits and absorbs the hit, and it holds every hit it ever took, which is why a Cancer sun can bring up something from 2009 with the wound still fresh. Scorpio’s armour is active. It carries the weapon curled over its back and it strikes first, precisely, and only once.
So you have a man who protects by withdrawing and a woman who protects by knowing, and both of them are used to being the most guarded person in any room they walk into. Put them at a castle in Scotland playing a game that is entirely about lying and watch what happens.
She was assigned to lie for a living and he was assigned to catch her. That is not a meet cute, that is a laboratory.
And here is the thing I keep turning over. A Scorpio with three Scorpio placements is possibly the best equipped person alive to play a Traitor, and she was still banished in episode ten. A Cancer sun who reads a room defensively and remembers everything is possibly the best equipped person alive to play a Faithful, and he won.
Read as charts, that season went exactly the way you would draw it up.
What the sky was doing at Phaedra’s biggest moments
Before I get to the Phaedra Parks CT Tamburello synastry, each of them separately, because the pair only makes sense once you know what each one has already been through.
This is the part I actually find useful, because a natal chart tells you the equipment and transits tell you when the equipment got tested. I ran the real ephemeris for each date rather than eyeballing it.
October 2010, the RHOA debut
Transiting Pluto at 3 Capricorn, sitting at a friendly sixty degrees to her Sun within a fifth of a degree, and directly opposite her natal Saturn.
Pluto transits are about power, exposure and permanent change, and they are slow. Opposite natal Saturn is specifically about the structure of a life being confronted by something much larger than it. She walked onto national television that autumn and did not walk off it for seven years. That is a fair description of a Pluto-Saturn opposition.
July 2014, the sentencing
Her then husband was sentenced to eight years for conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud. Two things were happening overhead.
Transiting Uranus at 16 Aries was sitting on her natal Chiron at 18 Aries, and transiting Neptune was square her own Neptune. The Neptune square is an age transit that arrives for everybody in their early forties, and its whole job is dissolving an illusion you were relying on. It does not care whether the illusion was yours or somebody else’s.
I want to be careful here, because a chart does not do that to a person. Another human being made choices in a federal courtroom. What the chart says is that she was already in the window where a story she had been living inside was coming apart, and it came apart in the most public way available.
Spring 2017, the exit
Transiting Uranus at 26 Aries, opposite her natal Uranus at 24 Libra, orb of one and a half degrees.
This one is not a coincidence and it is not vague. The Uranus opposition happens once in a life, around age forty two to forty four, and it is the transit where a person blows up an arrangement they have outgrown or has it blown up for them. She was forty three. That season ended with the reunion where she admitted she had passed on something about a castmate that was not true, and she did not come back for season ten.
Every version of the Uranus opposition ends with the same sentence, which is that the old arrangement is over. It is generally not gentle about it.
And what it was doing at CT’s
June 2003, Real World Paris
Transiting Chiron at 16 Capricorn, exactly opposite his natal Mercury at 16 Cancer, within a third of a degree. Chiron opposite Mercury is the transit where the way you communicate becomes the wound, publicly. He was twenty two, on television, and the thing everybody took from that season was how he expressed himself.
November 2014
Diem Brown died. I am going to name it because it is the most significant thing in his public life and skipping it would be cowardly, and then I am going to leave the transits alone.
I do not do chart readings of somebody’s death. Not hers, not his grief. A person died young of cancer and the man who loved her had to keep going on television afterwards. There is no astrology I want to put on top of that.
Autumn 2023, the Traitors and the divorce
Here is the one that matters, and it is the same transit Phaedra had in 2017.
When he filmed The Traitors in September 2023, transiting Uranus at 22 Taurus was opposite his natal Uranus at 21 Scorpio, orb of one and a third degrees. His own Uranus opposition, at forty three, same as hers was at forty three.
That is the year his first marriage ended and the year he went to a castle in Scotland and won a game he had never played before. Both of those are the same transit doing the same job. The old arrangement is over, and here is something you did not see coming.
Transiting Jupiter was also exactly trine his natal Moon, to a hundredth of a degree, and transiting Uranus was trine his natal Saturn within a fifth of a degree. That is about as lucky a set of contacts as a person gets, and he won.
September 2023, and her Chiron return
One more thing about the month they met, on her side.
When filming started, transiting Chiron was sitting on her natal Chiron at 18 Aries, six tenths of a degree from exact. That is the Chiron return, and it happens once, around age fifty. She was forty nine.
The Chiron return is the transit where the thing you have been managing your whole life comes back around to be looked at again by a version of you that actually knows something now. It is not a crisis transit. It is a review, and it tends to be the point where a person either makes peace with the old material or gets very tired of carrying it.
So the month these two met, she was in her Chiron return and he was in his Uranus opposition. Neither one of them was in a stable place. Both of them were in the specific kind of unstable where a person stops defending an old version of their life.
That is not a prediction, and it does not mean anything had to happen. It means the timing was not neutral, and if you are going to look at charts at all, that is worth saying.
The Phaedra Parks CT Tamburello synastry, and it is not subtle
Synastry is the comparison of two charts, and the honest version of it is not a compatibility score. It is a list of where two people press on each other, whether they enjoy it or not.
I ran the whole grid. What came back is a lot of tight contact, which is the first thing worth saying, because plenty of couples have nothing under three degrees between them. These two have four things under two.

The one I would watch is her Uranus square his Sun at two tenths of a degree. Uranus is disruption. Squared to somebody’s sun, exactly, it means her presence genuinely unsettles his sense of himself. That is thrilling for a while. For a Cancer sun, whose entire operating system is built on feeling safe, it is also the hardest possible thing to live next to long term.
The one that reads as chemistry is her Venus on his Neptune. This is the aspect that makes a person look like the answer. It is genuinely lovely and it is also the single least reliable narrator in synastry, because Neptune does not see a person, it sees a possibility. Venus-Neptune couples usually find out who they actually married somewhere around year three.
The one that could make it work is her Saturn square his Mars. Nobody enjoys this aspect. It is friction, it is her being the reason he does not do the thing. But a man with a lifelong pattern of doing the thing may genuinely be better off with a brake in the room, and a woman with a Scorpio new moon does not flinch at being unpopular. That is the aspect I would bet on if I were betting.
The Phaedra Parks CT Tamburello timing question
The Phaedra Parks CT Tamburello story was filmed in 2023 and confirmed in September 2026. So why then, and this is the part where I actually got a chill.
On 4 September 2026, transiting Pluto was at 3 degrees of Aquarius.
Her natal Jupiter is at 3 degrees of Aquarius. His natal Mars is at 3 degrees of Libra.
So the same transiting planet, at the same degree, in the same week, was sitting exactly on her Jupiter, one tenth of a degree off, and making an exact trine to his Mars, one tenth of a degree off. Two different charts, one transit, same fortnight.
Pluto does not visit a degree twice in a lifetime. It hit both of their charts in the same week, and that is the week she said it out loud.
Pluto on natal Jupiter is the transit where the thing you have been quietly expanding stops being quiet. It goes public, at scale, and it does not go back in the box. Pluto trine natal Mars is easier, and it is the version where a person finally acts on something they had been sitting on.
There is also a harder note on his side that I am reporting rather than interpreting. Transiting Neptune has been within a degree of an exact opposition to his natal Mars through most of 2026, and that same aspect was within a third of a degree when the divorce petition was filed in April. Neptune opposite Mars is a transit of unclear action, where the ground under a person’s choices is not solid and the direction keeps changing. It is still in orb.
And on her side, transiting Chiron was within six tenths of a degree of her natal Mars, the retrograde one, the one opposite her sun. The old fight, being looked at again.
What I am not claiming about Phaedra Parks CT Tamburello
This matters more than usual, because these are real people and one of them is in the middle of a divorce. Every Phaedra Parks CT Tamburello take you read this week is somebody guessing, and I would rather be clear about which parts of mine are guesses.
