About this bundle

What is inside this Libra sticker pack

This Libra sticker pack is the version with the conviction showing. Bold LIBRA badge lettering, editorial girl group trios, swans, tarot card scales, rainbows and celestial pieces in ink navy, deep rose and antique gold.

The colour story is the opposite of the soft bundle. Saturated, high contrast, type doing as much work as the illustration. These are designed to read from across a room, which is why this is the set that gets bought as a gift more than the other two combined.

The tarot scales are the sleeper hit. Most Libra zodiac stickers treat the scales as a pretty symbol, and this version treats them as a working instrument, which is the whole argument. Weighing things is labour, not decoration.

The right buyer

Who this Libra sticker pack is for

  • The Libra who made the fair call, took the blame from both sides for it, and would make it again. The badge designs are for that person specifically.
  • Laptop lids, hard cases, anything that gets carried around and looked at by other people. High contrast survives being seen at a distance in a way pastels do not.
  • Gift buyers who want the recipient to react when they open it. If you need a reaction, this Libra sticker pack is the one.

If the person you are buying for keeps their whole life in one calm colour, the Soft bundle is the better read and this Libra sticker pack will sit unopened in a drawer.

Where they go

Where the bold Libra sticker pack works best

This Libra sticker pack was designed to be seen at a distance, so the surfaces that suit it are the ones other people look at. Laptop lids in a coffee shop. A hard shell suitcase. A water bottle that goes to the gym. Anything that gets carried around rather than kept on a desk.

Ink navy, deep rose and antique gold hold their edge at three metres in a way pastels do not. That sounds like a small thing and it is the entire difference between the two $18 sets. If the object lives in a bag and comes out in rooms full of people, high contrast is doing real work for you.

The badge designs get put on the outside of a laptop case more often than on the lid itself, which surprised me. My guess is that a case gets replaced sooner than a laptop does, so it feels less permanent. These are permanent adhesive either way, so pick the surface you actually mean.

The girl group trios are the designs people ask about most, and they are the ones that need room. They sit at the top of the 2 to 3 inch range because the detail stops reading if it is any smaller, so a notebook cover or a laptop lid suits them better than a narrow curved bottle where a wide design has to bend around the surface.

If you already collect editorial zodiac stickers, this Libra sticker pack sits in that category rather than the delicate one. The swans in particular read as illustration first, which is why they work on a sketchbook beside things that have nothing to do with astrology.

How these Libra sticker pack are made

Every one of these Libra sticker pack is printed and cut by me, on my own machine, in my studio. Nothing goes out through a print on demand service, which is why the turnaround is 5 to 7 business days rather than same day.

The stock behind these Libra sticker pack is waterproof laminated vinyl. The lamination is the part doing the work: it is what lets them survive a water bottle in a dishwasher and a laptop that lives in a bag. They are fade resistant rather than fade proof, and I would rather say that plainly. A sticker on a car window in full sun all summer will lighten eventually. One on a laptop, a notebook or a tumbler will not.

Sizes run roughly 2 to 3 inches on the longest edge, die cut to the shape of the art rather than left on a square. Each design arrives as its own individual sticker, not a sheet you have to cut apart.

If you want to know what that means in practice: the Libra sticker pack in your order were made in the week you placed it, on a machine I own, in a room I pay rent on. That is the entire supply chain, and it is why I can tell you exactly what happened to them.

Every one of the Libra sticker pack is printed fresh once you order, so nothing has been sitting in a box losing colour for a year before it reaches you.

Application

Putting them on so they last

The Libra sticker pack go on best on a surface that is clean, dry and not textured. Wipe it with rubbing alcohol rather than a household spray, because most sprays leave a film that stops the adhesive gripping properly. Let it dry fully.

Peel from a corner, lay one edge down first, then press outward from that edge so you push the air out rather than trapping it under the middle.

Give it a day before you get it wet. The adhesive keeps curing for about 24 hours, and the most common reason a corner lifts is a water bottle that went straight into a bag and then into a fridge.

The Libra sticker pack use a permanent adhesive rather than a repositionable one. You get a few seconds to adjust and then it is committed. Hand wash anything you put them on, because a dishwasher’s drying cycle is what ages laminated vinyl fastest.

Gifting

The Libra sticker pack as a birthday gift

This is the set that gets bought as a Libra birthday gift more than the other two combined, and the reason is not subtle. It photographs well and it gets a reaction when it comes out of the envelope. If you need the person to visibly react, this is the one.

Libra season runs 23 September to 22 October, so the birthdays are stacked into a four week window and so are my orders. Everything is printed and cut to order in my studio, which means the 5 to 7 business day window is real production time rather than a shelf being emptied. Order in the first week of September if you are aiming at a late September birthday.

The other thing worth knowing is that this Libra sticker pack is sixteen separate stickers rather than one sheet. That matters for gifting, because it looks like sixteen things instead of one thing, and because there is nothing to cut apart before the person can start using them.

If you are buying for somebody whose entire aesthetic is one calm colour, the soft bundle is the better read and I would rather point you at it than take the sale. If you have no idea at all, the complete bundle carries both looks for $32.

The reasoning

Why Libra is like this

Libra opens autumn at the equinox, the one day of the year when the light and the dark come out exactly even, and then the dark starts winning.

So the strategy is running the trade-offs. It is not scarcity yet, but it is the visible beginning of it, which is the exact condition where every decision turns into a negotiation about who or what gets less.

Libra is not indecisive and it is not a people pleaser. Libra is standing at the one point in the year where everything genuinely is a trade-off, and taking that seriously looks like hesitation from the outside.

Balance is not peace. It is arithmetic. Somebody has to be the one who notices that giving one person more means giving somebody else less, and that noticing is exhausting in a way nobody ever thanks you for.

Before you buy

Common questions

Are these Libra sticker pack waterproof?

Yes. They are printed on laminated vinyl, so they hold up on water bottles, tumblers and anything that gets wet regularly. The lamination does it, not the ink.

How big are they?

Roughly 2 to 3 inches on the longest edge, die cut to the shape of the artwork. A tall design and a wide design will not come out the same dimensions.

How many stickers do I actually get?

16 separate Libra sticker pack, one per design. It is not a sheet, so there is nothing to cut apart and no backing grid to peel around.

Will they fade in the sun?

Fade resistant, not fade proof. Indoors on a laptop, a notebook or a tumbler they hold colour for years. On a car window facing full sun, expect them to lighten over a season or two.

Can I buy single designs instead of the bundle?

Singles are on my Etsy shop. The bundle exists because buying six singles costs more than buying the set, not because I am hiding the individual ones.

How long does shipping take?

5 to 7 business days from my studio, because the Libra sticker pack get printed after you order rather than before. That window is real production time, because your order gets printed and cut when it comes in rather than pulled off a shelf.

What if they arrive damaged?

Tell me and I will fix it. The refund policy has the details, but the short version is that I am not going to argue with you about a bent sticker.

Do the three Libra bundles overlap?

Partly. Complete is my pick across both aesthetics plus a couple of exclusives, not a straight merge. Soft and Bold together come to more designs than Complete does, so if you want literally everything, buy those two.

What is in the bold libra stickers set exactly?

Sixteen designs: bold LIBRA badge lettering, editorial girl group trios, swans, tarot card scales, rainbows and celestial pieces. The palette runs ink navy, deep rose and antique gold the whole way through.

Are these bigger than the soft designs?

A couple of them are. The girl group trios sit at the top of the 2 to 3 inch range because the detail needs the room to stay readable. Everything is still die cut to the shape of the design rather than left on a square.

Does this Libra sticker pack overlap with the soft bundle?

Not at all. Soft is fifteen designs and Bold is sixteen, with no repeats between them. The complete bundle is the only place designs from both show up together.

Will the dark designs work on a dark surface?

Better than you would expect, because they carry light linework and bright accents sitting on the deep colour. On a black laptop they read as a dark badge with bright detail rather than disappearing into it.

Next

If you want the reading rather than the stickers

The Libra sticker pack are the light version. If you want to know which stretch of the year your own sun, moon and rising are each built out of, that is a different thing.

The Seasonal Blueprint Mini covers those three placements for $29, written for your chart rather than for your sign in general. The Resource Vault is free if you would rather read a complete sample first.
