I left for a week. I was soaking up the last of summer with my friend before my kid comes back and life gets loud, and in that time I missed Rome’s entire eviction. So I came back, opened the feeds, opened my charts, and I have to tell you, the sky did not need me here to keep its appointments. This Big Brother 28 astrology catch-up is one long receipt. Rome fell exactly when Saturn said he would, the season changed signs while I was gone, and Kamu took the crown just in time to throw a tea party that blew up in his own face.

The season literally changed while I was away
The whole cosmic weather shifted, and it shifted to match the house perfectly. Cancer season ended and Leo season began. Cancer season was that first emotional stretch, all the crying and the bonding. Leo is pride, ego, spotlight, and the need to rule. So the vibe flipped from who do I feel safe with to who gets to be king. Mercury also went direct, which ended the weeks of leaked secrets and let plans start landing clean. And Saturn stationed retrograde right on the degree of Rome’s sun, in Aries, which matters more than anything else this week.
Rome fell right on schedule, and Melody survived
Two episodes ago I told you Saturn, the planet of consequences, was sitting on Rome’s sun, and that the most reckless fire player in the house was about to get the bill for everything he coasted on. He went out nearly unanimously. The triple Aries who felt like the president of the house two weeks earlier got walked out the door while Saturn crossed his sun. And Melody, the soft Pisces with Mars in Aries that everyone kept calling expendable, was sitting right next to him and survived. I have said not to sleep on her since day one.
Kamu is the new Aries king, and Saturn is already invoicing him
Kamu won the next Head of Household, and Kamu is an Aries sun. Aries in power does exactly what the feeds showed. He ruled like it was his house, his word was final, no opposition allowed. In Leo season, with the sun feeding every ego in the building, that got turned all the way up. Then he threw a literal tea party and rehearsed a call-out speech against Jason, performed it, and it landed with an hour of awkward silence.
Here is why the sky is not surprised. Saturn is retrograde right now, in Aries, on the exact territory it used to end Rome. So the new Aries king is wearing the crown under the planet of consequences, retrograde, in his own sign. And you can measure the bill. His HOH got the lowest rating of the season, and his fan ranking crashed toward the bottom. Rome ruled like a king and Saturn took him. Kamu ruled like a king and Saturn is already sending the invoice.
The tea party, with care: punching down is not a power move
I am not going to skip the real layer here. Before the season, Kamu was found to have followed and liked some genuinely ugly, homophobic accounts and posts, and in the house he has said things like miss me with the drag stuff. Jason is the only openly LGBTQ person in that house. So when the Aries king specifically rehearses a speech to isolate Jason in front of everyone while nobody stands up for him, that is not a neutral game move. It is a pattern a lot of us recognize, and it deserves to be named, not dressed up as strategy.
The chart can describe the dynamic without excusing it. Kamu is an Aries who respects the thing that mirrors him. When Rome talked alpha, Kamu related to it. Jason moves through the world as a triple Libra with a Gemini moon and Mars, relational and verbal and artful, a way of being Kamu does not recognize, so it becomes easy to point at the person who is different. But a man with all the power choosing to crush the one person most alone and most different is not daring. It is cruelty with a crown on. And the universe has a sense of justice, because it did not make him look powerful. It tanked him.
Jupiter in Leo crowned the underdog it tried to bury
Jason is a triple Libra with a Gemini moon and a Gemini Mars, a chart built to charm and to fight with words. Cornered at that tea party, isolated, with the whole house frozen against him, he stayed cool, made sharp arguments, called out that Kamu would not even name names, and made the call-out collapse. He fought the only way a Libra Mars can, with language, and he won the room even while losing the game.
Then the sky rewarded it. Mercury just went direct, so truth is landing clean, and Jupiter, the planet of blessings, is in Leo, which favors the bold, the visible, and above all the sympathetic underdog. I told you weeks ago Jupiter in Leo would shine on exactly this kind of person. Jason rocketed up the fan rankings into the top five, the first person all season to crack the vets’ lock, and he is the leading vote for this week’s fan power. The house tried to make him the pariah, and the sky made him the main character.
Devens got the diamond power, exactly like I said the vets would
Remember when I told you those Time Capsule powers were coming, and that Jupiter in Leo blesses the pre-loaded, already-famous players, so the vets would get the early ones? Devens is now holding the Diamond Power of Veto, one of the most overpowered advantages the show has ever handed out. An Aries Survivor legend, one of the biggest names in the house, got the game-breaking power. Jupiter in Leo does not hand the golden ticket to the quiet newbie.
Dee set the fire and it singed her
One more, because it is delicious. Dee is the one who gassed Kamu up to do the call-out, then admitted in a cam talk she did it so others would fight and the heat would stay off the vets. That is a Libra with Venus and Mars in Leo and Mercury in Virgo, the charmer who turns people into weapons and calculates it cold. But it backfired. Instead of deflecting heat, it lit Kamu up and exposed the vets as a group, and her own ranking dropped. Even the smartest player in the house is human, and the sky just reminded her.
