Here’s how returns and refunds work.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Stickers, Art Prints, Reference Cards)
✦ Return window: 30 days from delivery date
✦ Condition required: Unused, in original packaging
✦ Refund processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive
the returned item
✦ Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping
costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
To start a return, email info@cosmicallycreated.com with:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within
7 days of delivery at info@cosmicallycreated.com with photos.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (The Seasonal Blueprint Readings,
The Cosmic Let Go™, Free Guide)
Due to the nature of digital downloads and personalized readings,
all sales of digital products and custom readings are FINAL and
non-refundable once delivered.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product,
contact info@cosmicallycreated.com within 14 days and we’ll
make it right.
CANCELLATIONS
Custom readings can be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours
before your scheduled delivery date. After work has begun on your
reading, we cannot offer refunds.
